After purchasing our goods, couriers will deliver them to your home or parcel locker within 2-5 business days. In order to receive your parcel in the shortest possible time, we recommend ordering goods before 12:00 on the day. However, this does not guarantee that you will receive the goods within 2 days, especially during the festive period, when parcel machines are overloaded and couriers' workloads are significantly increased. The price of delivering medium-sized items to a parcel terminal is 5.95 EUR including VAT. Prices for delivery of larger items by courier start from 12.95 EUR including VAT.

You can return faulty goods within 14 days without giving a reason if: the goods have not been used, have all labels, packaging and all accessories related to the goods are intact. We will process your refund request as soon as possible, but it may take up to 14 days. Defective goods can be replaced with new ones, repaired, or the money paid can be refunded.
