Design Difference
The Johnny Rocket combines the best elements of Slingshot's performance cable lineup into one all-terrain machine. Its continuous rocker delivers consistent speed, while belly channels stiffen the center for explosive pop and edge hold on kickers. Signature flex tips let you lock into presses with ease, and the Elliptical Concave adds grip and security on rails. The result is a board that does everything well — whether you're charging hard at kickers or linking tech tricks on rails.

Signature Flex Tips
Slingshot's signature flex tips allow you to lean into nose and tail presses with ease, giving you the ability to sit deep in presses and unlock progressive park tricks.

Continuous Rocker

Elliptical Concave
An elliptical concave running through the body of the board provides a locked-in, secure feeling on rails, pipes, and tubes for confident pressing at speed.

FAQ
What board size is the right size for me?
If you're 157–168 cm, anything from 139–143 cm. If you're 169–178 cm, go for 143–147 cm. If you're 179 cm and above, 147 cm and beyond.
What's the difference between belly channels versus chined rails?
Belly channels run through the center of the board and stiffen it for more edge hold and pop, making it great for kickers and air tricks. Chined rails run along the edges and make the board more forgiving on rail features. The Johnny Rocket uses belly channels for a more aggressive, performance-focused ride.
Benefits of having more or less flex?
A board with more flex offers better feel on park features and allows for easier nose and tail presses. A stiffer board is typically better for higher-energy riders hitting larger kickers and doing air tricks.
