The ALFA is an easy planing sail that will accompany any beginner or dedicated improver for a very long time. It’s super easy to get out of the water and very easy to control on all courses as well as during manoeuvres. In sub planing conditions it really gives the rider something to hold on to, offering stability that will come in handy on choppy waters. Once planing, the sail stays very well balanced. The wind pressure can be gradually transformed into speed, so that the rider is always in full control. With the use of Dacron and vinyl, the ALFA is virtually indestructible, making it ideal for use in windsurfing schools. Thanks to the elastic nature of the Dacron material and its unique shape, the ALFA loads up very gently and develops a full profile. As a result, it generates powerful propulsion and has excellent planing characteristics. Moreover, the draft position remains stable even when far into the planing range.

After purchasing our goods, couriers will deliver them to your home or parcel locker within 2-5 business days.
In order to receive your parcel in the shortest possible time, we recommend ordering goods before 12:00 on the day. However, this does not guarantee that you will receive the goods within 2 days, especially during the festive period, when parcel machines are overloaded and couriers' workloads are significantly increased. You can always track your parcels with the tracking number you receive.

The cost of delivering small items to a parcel terminal is 2.95 EUR including VAT.
The price of delivering medium-sized items to a parcel terminal is 5.95 EUR including VAT.
Prices for delivery of larger items by courier start from 12.95 EUR including VAT.
RETURN POLICY
You can return faulty goods within 14 days without giving a reason if: the goods have not been used, have all labels, packaging and all accessories related to the goods are intact. You can find more information about consumer rights, returnable and non-returnable goods in - (Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code).
You can return the goods to our store or by sending them to us at Rinktinės g. 55, 09207 Vilnius. Before doing so, please inform us: when the goods were purchased, what the defect is, along with the document proving the purchase of the goods.
We will process your refund request as soon as possible, but it may take up to 14 days.
Defective goods can be replaced with new ones, repaired, or the money paid can be refunded.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the decision or believes that his rights have been violated, the buyer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, at Viniaus g. 25, Vilnius 01402, www.vvtat.lt or to the court, through an extrajudicial complaint procedure (CC 6.2287, Art. 16, p. 1). Before that, but no later than within 3 months after the violation, by submitting a written request to the Seller, setting out his requirements. In accordance with the procedure provided for by law, the Seller will provide a reasoned, detailed written response, supported by documents, within 14 days.
