Prepreg
This is the most sophisticated method of manufacturing a fin. It is based on individual pre-impregnated (prepreg) fiber layers out of carbon and glass.
OUTLINE DESIGN
Only slightly curved leading edge with a focus on speed, control, and performance. The increased curve at the tip provides a certain twist and flex for excellent maneuverability when jibing.
PROFILE DESIGN
Performance-oriented profile, with the max profile depth at around 34-36% (depending on the length) for maximum performance efficiency and speed over a wide wind range.
BASE DESIGN
Super stiff fin base for most direct power transmission.
AI_Fin_3D
Our software is based on math data-driven input. Apart from being much more accurate and faster, complex 3D design tasks such as the perfect profile transition in the crucial tip area, where the fin sweeps backward, would otherwise have been impossible to realize.
