A 33-inch Proteus-shape surfskate on Carver's C7 truck with black-and-white artwork by muralist Tommii Lim.
International painter, designer and muralist Tommii Lim builds large-scale works in high-contrast, minimalist black and white. His Optical Sculpture technique uses forced perspective to trick the eye into seeing 3D objects on 2D surfaces, and Carver sees his bold use of shape as a natural fit for the Proteus, itself a shape that rethinks archetypal templates.

Set on Carver's mid-sized Proteus shape, the Tommii model gives you lots of front-foot area, so you can spread your feet out for a proper surfboard stance. The C7 truck adds the rail-to-rail, surf-like pump.

C7 front truck
Carver's original dual-axis surf truck, the design that launched surfskating in 1996. It pumps and carves with the smooth lateral sway of a single-fin longboard.
Tech Features
C7 dual-axis geometry
A traditional kingpin truck mounted on a pivoting swing arm gives two independent axes: the arm swings laterally while the truck leans through the kingpin. The patented second axis increases the turning radius of your carve and lets you snap the nose and pivot off the tail, creating thrust that drives you forward with increasing speed.
Independent adjustment
Both axes adjust independently for a wide range of fine-tuning. The C7 spring is made from Rocket Wire and can be set looser for easier pumping or stiffer for tighter turns.
C2 rear truck
The C7 front truck is paired with Carver's C2 rear truck, a set Carver says has made surfskate training the choice of pros and amateurs alike.

Details
Care. Keep bearings clean and dry, and check truck bushings and hardware periodically to keep the ride tight and responsive.
