Įsigijus mūsų prekes, kurjeriai jas pristatys jums į namus arba į paštomatą per 2-5 darbo dienas. Norint gauti siuntą per trumpiausią laiką, rekomenduojame užsakyti prekes iki 12:00 valandos dienos. Prieš tai, bet ne vėliau kaip per 3 mėnesius po pažeidimo, pateikus rašytinį prašymą Pardavėjui, išdėstant savo reiklavimus. Įstatymų numatyta tvarka, Pardavėjas  per 14, d.d. pateiksime argumentuotą, išsamų rašytinį atsakymą, pagrįstą dokumentais.
