Prieš tai, bet ne vėliau kaip per 3 mėnesius po pažeidimo, pateikus rašytinį prašymą Pardavėjui, išdėstant savo reiklavimus. Įstatymų numatyta tvarka, Pardavėjas  per 14, d.d. pateiksime argumentuotą, išsamų rašytinį atsakymą, pagrįstą dokumentais. Pirkėjas turi teisę užpildyti prašymą elektroninėje Europos ginčų sprendimo platformą ec.europa.eu/ord/
